We, the Others" is a title that unites three dramatic texts: Anna Komnena, Phaedra and Medea. This book, in which three female characters are moved in a dramatic form, as well as the relationships of those characters with the determinants of their own Time, Space and Property, tries to be a witness to the thought of the Other Time, of the Unknown Time which is authored (pre) lives through the theater as a unifying medium, whose particularities are questioned from different aspects, be it the gender determinant or the political formulation from which they originate and to which they return.
This essay in three parts, written in a dense span of time, is inspired by the need to explore the past and make it an eternal present, to re-actualize the problems of the characters and relationships that, although they are physically connected in time, still deviate from it, becoming monuments, eternally living monuments to the thought that can change the world with its particularity.
From ancient time, ancient space and ancient thought, this experiment travels to the Byzantine Empire and stops there, hoping to continue to the next, new discoveries. Being is a problem. 5 The dramatic form is an attempt to solve the problem, or at least to understand it completely. The theater is a mirror held up in front of the viewer. Watching theater, experiencing and surviving theater is nothing but a cathartic act that makes the viewer unique in this world, and the artist an instrument that contributes to the spiritual health of the world. Writing theater, on the other hand, is a step towards the unknown in oneself.
